We are a multi-state practice with extensive resources to combat even the most vigorous defense that could be brought by a business accused of violating the FCRA.

We are responsible for over 200 reported appellate and federal district court decisions involving matters of significant consumer interest and have successfully argued six (6) appeals to State Supreme Courts. Due to our experience and effective litigation abilities, often our opponents will act quickly to resolve claims in order to avoid protracted litigation. In other words, our experience leads to quicker settlements.

We seek to level the playing field with credit reporting agencies and furnishers of credit information by making it economical for consumers to pursue a claim against large businesses. More specifically, we do not charge our clients attorneys’ fees and costs and instead rely upon the fee-shifting provisions of the FCRA to recover attorneys’ fees and costs.

The managing partner of our law firm, Adam Krohn, is an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University in Orange, California where he teaches Consumer Law and concentrates part of his course on FCRA violations.
